No. Live Earth Map shows map and satellite imagery from a map-data provider — it is not a live video feed and may not be real-time. Use it for exploration, not navigation.
Only with your permission, to show your position on the map, save GPS spots, tag a photo with its place, and — if you opt in — share with friends. You can turn location off anytime in the app or Android settings.
It's opt-in and off by default. It works only when each person turns it on, and you can stop sharing at any time. We don't track anyone without consent, and the app must not be used to monitor people covertly.

Decline the in-app consent prompt if it appeared, and/or reset or opt out of your Advertising ID via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Turn off location and friend sharing in the app, then clear the app's storage or uninstall to remove saved locations and settings on your device.
